Mission

Execute transactions for AM teams across Fixed Income, Equity, Derivatives, and Forex, in line with UBP’s best execution policy and the portfolio managers' requirements and targets.

Main responsibilities

Internal Communication: Maintain clear and direct communication with team members and AM portfolio managers regarding order workflows.

External Communication: Ensure professional communication outside the team and the bank to uphold and enhance the firm's reputation.

Analysis: Conduct transaction cost analysis (TCA) on executed trades to ensure and monitor compliance with best execution standards.

Flexibility: Be available for night shifts when required, based on the team’s schedule.

Rattaché(e) au Responsable de la prévoyance professionnelle, votre rôle sera d’appuyer l’équipe en place dans la gestion administrative et le suivi de la promotion de la prévoyance professionnelle auprès du marché suisse du Groupe.

Vos tâches principales comprennent :

• En tant que premier interlocuteur de nos clientes et clients, tu représentes UBS, tu travailles avec les technologies numériques les plus modernes pour répondre aux questions de nos clients.
• Vous soutenez nos clientes et clients pendant l'intégration avec les tâches de back-office les plus diverses et vous les traitez de manière efficace et efficiente.
• Vous cherchez une solution adaptée à chacun de nos précieux clients, qu'ils aient perdu une carte, qu'ils souhaitent acheter la maison de leurs rêves ou qu'ils aient besoin d'aide pour la banque en ligne.
• Lors de la fusion des deux plus grandes banques suisses, vous assistez nos clientes et clients sur diverses questions et nous aidez à garantir une transition en douceur grâce à votre engagement dans divers domaines thématiques...

YOUR ROLE

• In close collaboration with the business develop a product vision and roadmap sustaining the organization's strategic direction.
• Establish effective communication between business stakeholders and the product team by acting as the primary point of contact to ensure clear understanding and address emerging needs and issues.
• Perform market watch about potential competitors and alternatives.
• Proactively work with our 3rd party suppliers to drive value, establishing a solid and sound relationship.
• Lead potential RFI/RFP processes
• Foster a positive product team dynamic while maximizing ROI of product features as well as end users satisfaction.
• Maintain & prioritize the backlog by including changes and project demands while ensuring product maintenance to guarantee stability and sustainability over the long term.
