Your role

Partner with the PWM Risk and Compliance teams and optimize the department’s effectiveness.
Coordinate a wide range of strategic projects, including organizational/processes changes, investigations, staff management, and other logistical operations; ensure alignment among stakeholders and buy-in from the various teams to deliver impacting initiatives.
Serve as a key liaison with the R&C community and other stakeholders to ensure maximum collaboration.
Manage budgets: facilitate annual strategy, initiative and budget planning processes; ensure that success criteria and metrics are captured and monitor progress.

STAGE CLIENT ONBOARDING & ADMINISTRATION (H/F) 6 MOIS

MISSIONS

Vous serez en charge de soutenir l’équipe Client Onboarding & Administration et serez rattaché(e) à l’équipe des Changements de circonstances.

Contrôle de la documentation formelle des dossiers clients existants sous l’angle de la Convention de Diligence des Banques (CDB), en conformité avec la réglementation en vigueur et la politique interne de la Banque ;
Contrôle et codification des données clientèle dans les systèmes de la Banque ;
Support aux équipes dans le contrôle de listes et pour la numérisation / archivage de la documentation clients.

Naptha Trader

Main Purpose:

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Light Ends Trader to join our trading team. The ideal candidate will have foundational knowledge of the light ends markets, strong analytical skills, and a keen interest in trading. This role will involve supporting the management of the desk trading portfolio, identifying market opportunities (especially in West Africa), and executing trades to maximize profitability.
Additionally, the candidate must have experience of doing business in West-Africa, and be fluent in both English and French.

Investment Controlling Officer (6 month full-time temporary contract)

Your role

•   Interpreting and codifying investment restrictions for investment funds and segregated mandates (regulatory, client and internal restrictions).
•   Reviewing new guidelines or amendments with various stakeholders (portfolio management, product marketing and legal, sales) to assess technical limitations and solution-identified gaps.
•   Ensuring that all errors and breaches identified are reported promptly and that the appropriate corrective actions are taken with a strong emphasis on preventing recurrence.
•   Developing expertise across all strategies (Fixed Income, Equities and Multi-Assets) to provide assistance and pragmatic advise to fund managers.
•   Developing and maintaining a positive compliance culture through communication and monitoring regulatory responsibilities at all levels.

VOTRE MISSION :

Garantir un excellent niveau de service de l’infrastructure base de données, en terme de disponibilité, de performance et de sécurité ;
Gérer et participer aux projets d’évolution de l’infrastructure base de données ;
Assurer le bon fonctionnement et l’évolution des bases de données ainsi que du Datawarehouse ;
Surveiller l’infrastructure bases de données et investiguer en cas de pannes et/ou de problèmes de performance ;
Fournir du support technique et d’exploitation aux différentes équipes (production, testing, support applicatif) et 24x7 en mode astreinte pour des incidents sur les environnements de production et UAT.

Legal & Compliance

Compliance Specialist - Transaction Monitoring

YOUR ROLE:

As a member of the AML Monitoring team, your primary focus will be on:

Transaction monitoring alerts treatment and investigation (Tool: Fiserv). Time spent on each alert depends on the type of scenario and complexity of the relationships but expected to be approx. 70% of activity;
Payments screening (Tool: Fircosoft), in collaboration with Sanctions unit, approx. 10% of activity.

The other 20% of this role relates to support of ad-tasks and investigations, which are often urgent and business-critical. This includes:

Qualitative analysis on AML specific issues;
Additional ad hoc controls (ex. cash operations);
Involvement in the account closure process;
Assisting the Payment Processing Team with queries and advice;
