We are looking for a Quantitative Analyst to join our Market Liquidity team. This is an exciting new opportunity to work on XVA pricing models as well as contributing to a Quant Library in a dynamic and leading commodity house.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining methodologies and quantitative tools
• Liaising with stakeholders across the business (Traders, MO, Risk, Credit, IT)
• Assess the risk (xVA) associated to every new transaction.

YOUR MISSION:

• General gate-keeping, acting as first point of contact, screening and answering incoming calls and emails, proving full administration support;
• Extensive and proactive agenda management including arranging meetings and preparing related documentation;
• Organise travel arrangements including itineraries, flights, accommodations, airport transfers, etc.;

We are looking for someone who wants to become a transaction manager for capital market transactions in Switzerland to :

• work in a highly professional and collaborative position in an ever changing environment where you will be responsible for the documentation and execution of various debt and equity capital transactions for Swiss domestic and foreign companies
• provide market-technical, regulatory support and advisory services for all above-mentioned products to internal clients as well as to external clients (issuers)
• work in close cooperation with issuers, legal advisors (internal and external), regulatory boards, clearing and settlement organizations as well as origination teams
• coordinate with all parties involved in the various tasks, which might arise throughout the lifetime of debt and equity transactions

Vos principales responsabilités

• Développer et gérer un portefeuille d’entreprises industrielles en établissant des relations solides et durables basées sur la confiance.
• Identifier et exploiter de nouvelles opportunités commerciales dans les domaines du trade finance et des crédits aux entreprises.
• Concevoir et structurer des solutions adaptées aux besoins spécifiques des clients industriels, notamment dans les secteurs des biens d’équipement, des MEM (machines, des équipements électriques et des métaux), chimie, pharmaceutique et de la logistique.
• Rédiger et présenter les protocoles de crédit aux comités concernés.
• Collaborer étroitement avec les autres départements afin de mettre en œuvre une stratégie efficace de vente croisée.
