Join our Central File team, a close-knit team that is the cornerstone of our private bank where your role will be varied.

Key responsabilities

  • Open clients’ accounts
  • Manage formal documentation and clients’ data (mutations, account closure, estate) 
  • Identify and apply standard tax requirements (CRS/FATCA/QI)
  • Grant online banking access
  • Scan and file documents related to account openings and mutations
  • Maintain clients, business introducers, third-party managers and insurances files
  • Carry out legal searches for the Legal department
  • Provide support to Front, Legal and Compliance teams

Nous souhaitons renforcer le département de droit du travail de notre bureau de Genève. Nous recherchons, pour entrée immédiate, un(e) Avocat(e) en droit du travail.
  • Vous avez une formation juridique en droit suisse, vous êtes titulaire d'un brevet d'avocat suisse, avez un intérêt marqué pour le conseil en droit du travail (contrats individuels, conflits individuels et collectifs, transferts d'entreprises ou de contrats, expatriations, etc.) et bénéficiez de deux ou trois années d'expérience dans ce domaine. Vous avez une parfaite maîtrise du français et de l'anglais ainsi qu'une bonne connaissance au moins passive de l'allemand. Vous avez un excellent esprit d'équipe.
