Nous recherchons, pour une entrée immédiate ou à convenir, un(e) Avocat(e) - Private Client

  • Titulaire du brevet d'avocat suisse, vous aurez la possibilité d’être actif(ve) dans les domaines de structuration patrimoniale et de planification successorale dans un contexte suisse et international, impliquant notamment des trusts, fondations et des family offices.
  • Vous avez une formation juridique en droit suisse et vous êtes titulaire d'un brevet d'avocat suisse.
  • Vous avez un intérêt pour le droit des successions, le droit matrimonial, le droit international privé et le droit fiscal.
  • Une expérience à l’étranger (diplôme universitaire ou expérience professionnelle anglo-saxonne) serait un atout.
  • Vous avez un excellent esprit d'équipe. Vous avez une parfaite maîtrise du français et de l'anglais ainsi qu'une bonne connaissance au moins passive de l'allemand.

Soutien proactif aux juristes dans le cadre de l'exécution de leurs tâches

Responsabilités principales

  • Accueil de la clientèle interne et externe
  • Réception, tri et communication courriers internes et externes, des faxes et des téléphones internes et externes
  • Recherches auprès du Client Documentation des données utiles lors de la constitution des dossiers notamment de succession et judiciaires
  • Recherche, impression et tri de la documentation bancaire pour constitution des dossiers suite aux demandes des autorités judiciaires (Ministère public cantonal et fédéral en majorité en respectant les délais imposés par les autorités).
  • Constitution et tenue des dossiers physiques
  • Préparation projets courriers à soumettre aux juristes
  • Organisation des meetings pour les juristes
  • Tenue de différents tableaux (Excel) de travail (contrats en cours, permanences diverses, risques, etc…)
  • Soutien à deux juristes
  • Gestion des demandes de contrats
