Establish effective communication between the client/end users and the development team, helping them to communicate together directly when requirements are clear enough

Your role

Execute subscription and transfer orders for Private Equity Funds and Private Placements.
Book transactions after confirmation.
Operate the Organized Trading Facility of Interests.
Resolve issues arising from reconciliations.
Coordinate the receipt of distributions in kind and process corporate events.
Contribute actively to the projects and to the optimization of our activities.
Support and liaise with internal clients on a daily basis.
Manage risks associated with Private Assets operations.

Vous disposez d'une formation juridique en droit suisse et vous êtes titulaire d'un brevet d'avocat suisse.
Vous avez un intérêt marqué pour le droit des services et des marchés financiers, en particulier pour les aspects liés au droit contractuel et réglementaire en relation avec la gestion d'actifs pour des clients institutionnels (Asset Management), le domaine des valeurs mobilières ou des placements immobiliers tout comme pour le droit des sociétés, y compris toutes les relations avec des autorités de surveillance en Suisse tant au niveau des instituts que produits financiers (dérivés, produits structurés, placements collectifs, fondations d'investissement, cotation en bourse, etc.).
Vous êtes également intéressé.e aux développements liés aux actifs digitaux ou aux plateformes digitales en matière d'offre de produits et de services financiers qui caractérisent le marché des investisseurs institutionnels.

As Manager, Compliance Risk and Governance, you will report to the Compliance COO and will be responsible for:

Supporting the Compliance COO in the establishment and management of the Unit’s governance, budgeting and organisational processes
Establishing and maintaining solid governance for the Compliance unit in alignment with the Governance of our Bank and ensuring that Compliance has the adequate information/decision bodies.

Responsabilités principales

Accueil de la clientèle interne et externe
Réception, tri et communication courriers internes et externes, des faxes et des téléphones internes et externes
Recherches auprès du Client Documentation des données utiles lors de la constitution des dossiers notamment de succession et judiciaires
Recherche, impression et tri de la documentation bancaire pour constitution des dossiers suite aux demandes des autorités judiciaires (Ministère public cantonal et fédéral en majorité en respectant les délais imposés par les autorités).
Constitution et tenue des dossiers physiques
Préparation projets courriers à soumettre aux juristes
Organisation des meetings pour les juristes
Tenue de différents tableaux (Excel) de travail (contrats en cours, permanences diverses, risques, etc…)
Soutien à deux juristes
Gestion des demandes de contrats
