Your role

Execute subscription and transfer orders for Private Equity Funds and Private Placements.
Book transactions after confirmation.
Operate the Organized Trading Facility of Interests.
Resolve issues arising from reconciliations.
Coordinate the receipt of distributions in kind and process corporate events.
Contribute actively to the projects and to the optimization of our activities.
Support and liaise with internal clients on a daily basis.
Manage risks associated with Private Assets operations.

LNG Operator

We are recruiting for an LNG Operator who will be responsible to coordinate all aspects of the post-deal trading activity for LNG products, ensuring that contract execution runs efficiently and providing commercial/market information to the trader as necessary.

Key Responsibilities

Complete daily operational activities
Ensure operations are optimised to the best commercial advantage ensuring all contractual obligations are met
Handle storage logistics. Complete storage reconciliations and identify and investigate loss/gain differences.
Maximise recoveries and ensure that all claims to third parties are accurately documented and presented. Secure payment of third party claims.
Maintain good working practises with other trade support divisions – claims /deals desk / trade finance / chartering
