Your role

Ensure that all the ongoing due diligence as well as ad hoc requests from the fund and private asset counterparties are answered timely and properly.
Provide AML/KYC and QI/FATCA information to counterparties.
Ensure a timely and professional coordination with external stakeholders.
Liaise internally timely and efficiently with front officers, other operational teams, tax and legal advisors.
Contributing actively to the projects and the optimization of our activities.
Managing related risks for clients and the bank.

Asset Management

Physical asset officer

The Central Vault officer is responsible for the management, security and operations of the precious metals vault and physical certificates including security and traceability of all assets entering and leaving the vault.

Main responsibilities

Ensure physical delivery to Relationship manager and Clients
Handling receipts and deliveries of physical securities and metals
Maintain required levels of precious metal available in the vault
Maintains internal procedures up-to-date in regards with the security and regulations of the Bank’s vault.
Performs inventory maintenance, verification and accounting entries with reconciliation department
Performs, confirms and maintains banking insurances according to the vault valuation.

Genève

Vous avez une formation juridique en droit suisse, vous êtes titulaire d'un brevet d'avocat suisse, avez un intérêt marqué pour le conseil en droit du travail (contrats individuels, conflits individuels et collectifs, transferts d'entreprises ou de contrats, expatriations, etc.) et bénéficiez de deux ou trois années d'expérience dans ce domaine. Vous avez une parfaite maîtrise du français et de l'anglais ainsi qu'une bonne connaissance au moins passive de l'allemand. Vous avez un excellent esprit d'équipe.
