Genève

Vous disposez d'une formation juridique en droit suisse et vous êtes titulaire d'un brevet d'avocat suisse.
Vous avez un intérêt marqué pour le droit des services et des marchés financiers, en particulier pour les aspects liés au droit contractuel et réglementaire en relation avec la gestion d'actifs pour des clients institutionnels (Asset Management), le domaine des valeurs mobilières ou des placements immobiliers tout comme pour le droit des sociétés, y compris toutes les relations avec des autorités de surveillance en Suisse tant au niveau des instituts que produits financiers (dérivés, produits structurés, placements collectifs, fondations d'investissement, cotation en bourse, etc.).
Vous êtes également intéressé.e aux développements liés aux actifs digitaux ou aux plateformes digitales en matière d'offre de produits et de services financiers qui caractérisent le marché des investisseurs institutionnels.

Asset Management

Physical asset officer

The Central Vault officer is responsible for the management, security and operations of the precious metals vault and physical certificates including security and traceability of all assets entering and leaving the vault.

Main responsibilities

Ensure physical delivery to Relationship manager and Clients
Handling receipts and deliveries of physical securities and metals
Maintain required levels of precious metal available in the vault
Maintains internal procedures up-to-date in regards with the security and regulations of the Bank’s vault.
Performs inventory maintenance, verification and accounting entries with reconciliation department
Performs, confirms and maintains banking insurances according to the vault valuation.

Quantitative Analyst

We are looking for a Quantitative Analyst to join our Market Liquidity team. This is an exciting new opportunity to work on XVA pricing models as well as contributing to a Quant Library in a dynamic and leading commodity house.

Key Responsibilities

Developing and maintaining methodologies and quantitative tools
Liaising with stakeholders across the business (Traders, MO, Risk, Credit, IT)
Assess the risk (xVA) associated to every new transaction.

Central File Specialist

Join our Central File team, a close-knit team that is the cornerstone of our private bank where your role will be varied.

Key responsabilities

Open clients’ accounts
Manage formal documentation and clients’ data (mutations, account closure, estate)
Identify and apply standard tax requirements (CRS/FATCA/QI)
Grant online banking access
Scan and file documents related to account openings and mutations
Maintain clients, business introducers, third-party managers and insurances files
Carry out legal searches for the Legal department
Provide support to Front, Legal and Compliance teams

ESG Data Manager

In this role, you'll need to ensure data accuracy and consistency across diverse sources while staying current with evolving ESG regulations. You will balance integrating ESG data into investment models with broader organizational goals, ensuring timely compliance with global standards. Additionally, you'll collaborate across departments and external partners to implement the broader sustainability data strategy of the bank.
