As part of the Legal and Transactions team, you will be:

Providing advice and support to various departments within the Bank, including but not limited to, wealth management, asset services, credit department, and HR
Reviewing, drafting or updating legal documents (such as banking forms or internal contracts) and agreements of the Bank with third parties and suppliers, ensuring their compliance with applicable laws and internal regulations
Assisting in the drafting and negotiation of the credit documentation including the collaterals
Providing legal assistance and handling client’s complaints, dispute or inheritance matters

Vous avez une formation juridique en droit suisse (prérequis indispensable), titulaire d'un brevet d'avocat·e suisse et/ou disposez d'une expérience professionnelle en fiscalité suisse. Vous avez un intérêt marqué pour le droit fiscal et vous souhaitez entreprendre ou êtes en cours de formation menant au diplôme d'expert fiscal. Vous avez un excellent esprit d'équipe. Your role

Calculate the remuneration of the different parties involved in Pictet AM’s activities according to our Transfer Pricing methodology.
Calculate and analyse the provisions (income and charges) associated with mandates and investment funds.
Control and codify invoices for Pictet AM Switzerland as well as the travel expense reports.
Carry out quarterly reviews of financial results of entities of Pictet AM.
Answer to Finance questions in RFP/DDQ requests.
Participate to various financial and regulatory tasks in connection with Pictet AM entities.

Your role

Ensure that all the ongoing due diligence as well as ad hoc requests from the fund and private asset counterparties are answered timely and properly.
Provide AML/KYC and QI/FATCA information to counterparties.
Ensure a timely and professional coordination with external stakeholders.
Liaise internally timely and efficiently with front officers, other operational teams, tax and legal advisors.
Contributing actively to the projects and the optimization of our activities.
