We are looking for a Quantitative Analyst to join our Market Liquidity team. This is an exciting new opportunity to work on XVA pricing models as well as contributing to a Quant Library in a dynamic and leading commodity house.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining methodologies and quantitative tools
• Liaising with stakeholders across the business (Traders, MO, Risk, Credit, IT)
• Assess the risk (xVA) associated to every new transaction.

The Central Vault officer is responsible for the management, security and operations of the precious metals vault and physical certificates including security and traceability of all assets entering and leaving the vault.

Main responsibilities

• Ensure physical delivery to Relationship manager and Clients
• Handling receipts and deliveries of physical securities and metals
• Maintain required levels of precious metal available in the vault
• Maintains internal procedures up-to-date in regards with the security and regulations of the Bank’s vault.
• Performs inventory maintenance, verification and accounting entries with reconciliation department
• Performs, confirms and maintains banking insurances according to the vault valuation.

Your role

Administer the end-to-end account-opening process, taking into consideration local regulatory specificities
•    Secure strict follow-up of documentation (e.g. pending items, middle office and R&C lists)
•    Assist documentation flows (e.g. archiving and processing physical and electronic forms)
•    Procure KYC information and update complementary documents in the systems
•    Process workflow requests in the systems (client codifications, credit card requests, credit lines, pricing exceptions, etc.)
•    Close coordination with the zone’s Business Risk Manager to resolve any risk and compliance matters

• Intégré·e dans notre groupe de droit fiscal, vous aurez la possibilité d’exercer dans les domaines de la fiscalité suisse et internationale au travers de mandats traitant de fusions et d’acquisitions, de restructurations complexes, de fiscalité de personnes physiques, de trusts, etc.
• Vous avez une formation juridique en droit suisse (prérequis indispensable), titulaire d'un brevet d'avocat·e suisse et/ou disposez d'une expérience professionnelle en fiscalité suisse. Vous avez un intérêt marqué pour le droit fiscal et vous souhaitez entreprendre ou êtes en cours de formation menant au diplôme d'expert fiscal. Vous avez un excellent esprit d'équipe. Vous avez une parfaite maîtrise du français et de l'anglais ainsi qu'une bonne connaissance au moins passive de l'allemand.
