Nous souhaitons renforcer le département Asset Management de notre bureau de Genève. Nous recherchons, pour une entrée immédiate ou à convenir, un(e) Avocat(e).
  • Vous disposez d'une formation juridique en droit suisse et vous êtes titulaire d'un brevet d'avocat suisse.
  • Vous avez un intérêt marqué pour le droit des services et des marchés financiers, en particulier pour les aspects liés au droit contractuel et réglementaire en relation avec la gestion d'actifs pour des clients institutionnels (Asset Management), le domaine des valeurs mobilières ou des placements immobiliers tout comme pour le droit des sociétés, y compris toutes les relations avec des autorités de surveillance en Suisse tant au niveau des instituts que produits financiers (dérivés, produits structurés, placements collectifs, fondations d'investissement, cotation en bourse, etc.).
  • Vous êtes également intéressé.e aux développements liés aux actifs digitaux ou aux plateformes digitales en matière d'offre de produits et de services financiers qui caractérisent le marché des investisseurs institutionnels.

Nous souhaitons renforcer le département de droit du travail de notre bureau de Genève. Nous recherchons, pour entrée immédiate, un(e) Avocat(e) en droit du travail.
  • Vous avez une formation juridique en droit suisse, vous êtes titulaire d'un brevet d'avocat suisse, avez un intérêt marqué pour le conseil en droit du travail (contrats individuels, conflits individuels et collectifs, transferts d'entreprises ou de contrats, expatriations, etc.) et bénéficiez de deux ou trois années d'expérience dans ce domaine. Vous avez une parfaite maîtrise du français et de l'anglais ainsi qu'une bonne connaissance au moins passive de l'allemand. Vous avez un excellent esprit d'équipe.

Business Risk Manager - Europe and Mediterranean desk

Main responsibilities

  • Ensure adequate AML and KYC risk mitigation and adherence to Bank’s Qualitative Risk appetite on client onboardings, change in circumstances (CIC), and other reviews before Compliance review as well as the completeness of corroboration.
  • Ensure continuous AML/CDB risk framework awareness, keeping WM knowledge, education and sensitivity up to date.

  • Provide AML/KYC and QI/FATCA information to counterparties.
