Job description/ key responsibilities of the Specialist:

• Securities transfers monitoring and processing – Incoming & Outgoing
• Regular contacts with Relationship Managers and external counterparties to ensure proper follow-up
• Derivative trades processing
• RVP-DVP trades invoicing & settlement

YOUR ROLE

• Establish effective communication between the client/end users and the development team, helping them to communicate together directly when requirements are clear enough
• Design clear and comprehensive functional specification, including user journey, process models, and data flow diagrams
• Manipulate data, extract insights, and use it to inform decision-making and support the development of project requirements
• Ensure the quality and integrity of project requirements and deliverables
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the project or the product
• Describe and perform end-to-end testing scenarios and their execution at transversal (multi-products) level

Key responsabilities

• Open clients’ accounts
• Manage formal documentation and clients’ data (mutations, account closure, estate) 
• Identify and apply standard tax requirements (CRS/FATCA/QI)
• Grant online banking access
• Scan and file documents related to account openings and mutations
• Maintain clients, business introducers, third-party managers and insurances files
• Carry out legal searches for the Legal department
• Provide support to Front, Legal and Compliance teams

The Central Vault officer is responsible for the management, security and operations of the precious metals vault and physical certificates including security and traceability of all assets entering and leaving the vault.

Main responsibilities

• Ensure physical delivery to Relationship manager and Clients
• Handling receipts and deliveries of physical securities and metals
• Maintain required levels of precious metal available in the vault
• Maintains internal procedures up-to-date in regards with the security and regulations of the Bank’s vault.
• Performs inventory maintenance, verification and accounting entries with reconciliation department
• Performs, confirms and maintains banking insurances according to the vault valuation.

Job description/ key responsibilities of the Team:

• Input and verification of prices of Hedge Funds on a daily basis
• Dealing and follow up of Hedge Fund, and Private Equity orders including contact with Fund administrator all around the world to ensure correct execution
• Complete all necessary documentation linked to Hedge fund, and Private Equity activity such as subscription/redemption documents, Corporate Action, Transfer documents
