Ensure adequate AML and KYC risk mitigation and adherence to Bank’s Qualitative Risk appetite on client onboardings, change in circumstances (CIC), and other reviews before Compliance review as well as the completeness of corroboration.
Ensure continuous AML/CDB risk framework awareness, keeping WM knowledge, education and sensitivity up to date.
Synchronize with Compliance Remediation and Onboarding as well as Client Documentation teams to ensure standards are met on onboarding, mutations (CIC) and reviews and to escalate any detected risks or operational issues.
Review and close all normal and medium risk Transactional alerts clarified by the front office.
Launch Evident Driven Reviews following change in Circumstances in the relationship life cycle.

Funds and Private Assets Tax and Regulatory Business Compliance Manager

Your role

Ensure that all the ongoing due diligence as well as ad hoc requests from the fund and private asset counterparties are answered timely and properly.
Provide AML/KYC and QI/FATCA information to counterparties.
Ensure a timely and professional coordination with external stakeholders.
Liaise internally timely and efficiently with front officers, other operational teams, tax and legal advisors.
Contributing actively to the projects and the optimization of our activities.

Intégré·e dans notre groupe de droit fiscal, vous aurez la possibilité d’exercer dans les domaines de la fiscalité suisse et internationale au travers de mandats traitant de fusions et d’acquisitions, de restructurations complexes, de fiscalité de personnes physiques, de trusts, etc.
Vous avez une formation juridique en droit suisse (prérequis indispensable), titulaire d'un brevet d'avocat·e suisse et/ou disposez d'une expérience professionnelle en fiscalité suisse. Vous avez un intérêt marqué pour le droit fiscal et vous souhaitez entreprendre ou êtes en cours de formation menant au diplôme d'expert fiscal. Vous avez un excellent esprit d'équipe. Vous avez une parfaite maîtrise du français et de l'anglais ainsi qu'une bonne connaissance au moins passive de l'allemand.

LEGAL ADVISOR

As part of the Legal and Transactions team, you will be:

Providing advice and support to various departments within the Bank, including but not limited to, wealth management, asset services, credit department, and HR
Reviewing, drafting or updating legal documents (such as banking forms or internal contracts) and agreements of the Bank with third parties and suppliers, ensuring their compliance with applicable laws and internal regulations
Assisting in the drafting and negotiation of the credit documentation including the collaterals
Providing legal assistance and handling client’s complaints, dispute or inheritance matters

ESG Data Manager

In this role, you'll need to ensure data accuracy and consistency across diverse sources while staying current with evolving ESG regulations. You will balance integrating ESG data into investment models with broader organizational goals, ensuring timely compliance with global standards. Additionally, you'll collaborate across departments and external partners to implement the broader sustainability data strategy of the bank.
