Payments & Cash Specialist Investigations (80-100%)

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused payments specialist to join our B4B Payments Relations team as a Customer Service Representative. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries related to payment services, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.

• act as direct Payments Services Investigations Specialist for payment inquiries of financial institutions
• investigate inquiries around payments and cash management products and processes
• handle global cash movements in all currencies and bank products
• manage large payments, monitoring ﬂows across systems within our ﬁrm

LEGAL ADVISOR

As part of the Legal and Transactions team, you will be:

Providing advice and support to various departments within the Bank, including but not limited to, wealth management, asset services, credit department, and HR
Reviewing, drafting or updating legal documents (such as banking forms or internal contracts) and agreements of the Bank with third parties and suppliers, ensuring their compliance with applicable laws and internal regulations
Assisting in the drafting and negotiation of the credit documentation including the collaterals
Providing legal assistance and handling client’s complaints, dispute or inheritance matters

Job Purpose and Impact

The QEP (Quantitative Execution Platform) team builds and maintains a trading system for futures and options. Algorithmic trading is a large part of the business. The team is primarily based in the US but supports our products in Europe and eventually across the globe. Each team member plays a role in the entire application stack, from monitoring, problem investigation, and deployments, to testing and end-user training.

Trading Operations is responsible for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support of the QEP trading system.

The Trading Operations Engineer role requires daily interaction with the development/trading teams.

Establish effective communication between the client/end users and the development team, helping them to communicate together directly when requirements are clear enough
Design clear and comprehensive functional specification, including user journey, process models, and data flow diagrams
Manipulate data, extract insights, and use it to inform decision-making and support the development of project requirements
Ensure the quality and integrity of project requirements and deliverables
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the project or the product
Describe and perform end-to-end testing scenarios and their execution at transversal (multi-products) level
