Titulaire du brevet d'avocat suisse, vous aurez la possibilité d’être actif(ve) dans les domaines de structuration patrimoniale et de planification successorale dans un contexte suisse et international, impliquant notamment des trusts, fondations et des family offices.
Vous avez une formation juridique en droit suisse et vous êtes titulaire d'un brevet d'avocat suisse.
Vous avez un intérêt pour le droit des successions, le droit matrimonial, le droit international privé et le droit fiscal.
Une expérience à l’étranger (diplôme universitaire ou expérience professionnelle anglo-saxonne) serait un atout.
Vous avez un excellent esprit d'équipe. Vous avez une parfaite maîtrise du français et de l'anglais ainsi qu'une bonne connaissance au moins passive de l'allemand.

LNG Trader

The LNG Trader is responsible for identifying, sourcing, and executing LNG trading opportunities in the global market. They will manage relationships with suppliers, customers, and counterparties, while analyzing market trends to maximize profit and manage risk.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute trading strategies in the LNG markets to achieve profit targets within risk parameters set.
Work in close collaboration with the LNG analysts and strategists to identify good risk-reward opportunities in the Atlantic and Middle East region
Contribute to risk management strategy for desk assets in collaboration with physical counterparts
Analyze market data, economic trends, and geopolitical events to inform trading decisions.

Funds and Private Assets Tax and Regulatory Business Compliance Manager

Your role

Ensure that all the ongoing due diligence as well as ad hoc requests from the fund and private asset counterparties are answered timely and properly.
Provide AML/KYC and QI/FATCA information to counterparties.
Ensure a timely and professional coordination with external stakeholders.
Liaise internally timely and efficiently with front officers, other operational teams, tax and legal advisors.
Contributing actively to the projects and the optimization of our activities.
