Genève

Titulaire du brevet d'avocat suisse, vous aurez la possibilité d’être actif(ve) dans les domaines de structuration patrimoniale et de planification successorale dans un contexte suisse et international, impliquant notamment des trusts, fondations et des family offices.
Vous avez une formation juridique en droit suisse et vous êtes titulaire d'un brevet d'avocat suisse.
Vous avez un intérêt pour le droit des successions, le droit matrimonial, le droit international privé et le droit fiscal.
Une expérience à l’étranger (diplôme universitaire ou expérience professionnelle anglo-saxonne) serait un atout.
Vous avez un excellent esprit d'équipe. Vous avez une parfaite maîtrise du français et de l'anglais ainsi qu'une bonne connaissance au moins passive de l'allemand.

LEGAL ADVISOR

As part of the Legal and Transactions team, you will be:

Providing advice and support to various departments within the Bank, including but not limited to, wealth management, asset services, credit department, and HR
Reviewing, drafting or updating legal documents (such as banking forms or internal contracts) and agreements of the Bank with third parties and suppliers, ensuring their compliance with applicable laws and internal regulations

Asset Management

Physical asset officer

The Central Vault officer is responsible for the management, security and operations of the precious metals vault and physical certificates including security and traceability of all assets entering and leaving the vault.

Main responsibilities

Ensure physical delivery to Relationship manager and Clients
Handling receipts and deliveries of physical securities and metals
Maintain required levels of precious metal available in the vault
Maintains internal procedures up-to-date in regards with the security and regulations of the Bank’s vault.
Performs inventory maintenance, verification and accounting entries with reconciliation department
Performs, confirms and maintains banking insurances according to the vault valuation.

Intégré·e dans notre groupe de droit fiscal, vous aurez la possibilité d’exercer dans les domaines de la fiscalité suisse et internationale au travers de mandats traitant de fusions et d’acquisitions, de restructurations complexes, de fiscalité de personnes physiques, de trusts, etc.
Vous avez une formation juridique en droit suisse (prérequis indispensable), titulaire d'un brevet d'avocat·e suisse et/ou disposez d'une expérience professionnelle en fiscalité suisse. Vous avez un intérêt marqué pour le droit fiscal et vous souhaitez entreprendre ou êtes en cours de formation menant au diplôme d'expert fiscal. Vous avez un excellent esprit d'équipe. Vous avez une parfaite maîtrise du français et de l'anglais ainsi qu'une bonne connaissance au moins passive de l'allemand.
