We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our sustainability team, focusing on enhancing our reporting processes in compliance with the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), EU Taxonomy reporting and sustainability reporting requirements under the Swiss Civil Code.
You will play a crucial role in analysing, compiling and aggregating data pertinent to sustainability reporting for financial institutions and contribute to the drafting and refinement of our sustainability reports.
You will be in charge of:
- Data management: Collect, analyse and aggregate sustainability data from various internal teams and create required data to meet ESRS, EU Taxonomy and Swiss Civil Code requirements.
- Reporting: Assist in writing and editing sustainability reports, ensuring they meet the regulatory guidelines and effectively communicate our sustainability initiatives and performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders across different departments ensuring alignment with broader sustainability goals.
- Process documentation: Identify and implement process documentation, including improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of our sustainability reporting.
- Compliance monitoring: Keep abreast of regulatory changes in sustainability reporting standards and advise on necessary adjustments to data collection and reporting practices.
