Vous serez responsable de la conception d’alertes, d’analyser les évènements de sécurité et proposer les remédiations adéquates. Dans le cadre de son activité, vous serez amené à avoir une collaboration renforcée avec le Data Science Office et à contribuer à la communauté AI dans le groupe. Vous serez aussi responsable de la mise en œuvre et de la maintenance de solutions de sécurité automatisées pour améliorer l’efficience de notre Security Operation Center (SOC).

Your role

Support Senior banker in the administration and management of UHNWI’s client book on a daily basis.
Contribute to maintaining and improving a very high quality service in a challenging UHNWI environment (i.e. multi-jurisdiction, complex structure, sophisticated investments, demanding clients).
Thanks to strong skill sets, prepare and support the production of frequent tailored/ detailed clients’ presentations and reporting.
Collaborate with bankers assistants in our admin. remediation - ensuring compliance with all our internal operational duties.
Team-up regularly and efficiently across all our organization mainly our investment solution, risk management, operations, wealth planning, compliance, and legal teams. Develop a high level of competency on bank offerings.
Ensure that the quality of information delivered to clients meets high standards (meeting restitutions, information input into CRM, etc.).

The Dedicated Fund Administration department is responsible for fund accounting, NAV calculation and miscellaneous tasks related to the administration of certificates and collective investment schemes (“funds”). This ranges from the production of regulatory/statistics reports and tailor-made reports for clients, production and/or control of tax forms to payment services. The Dedicated Fund Administration department continuously interacts with internal and external clients, portfolio managers, and external auditors. It participates in various projects such as client onboarding, fund launches, reorganizations and liquidations.
Reporting to the Head of Dedicated Fund Administration, the successful candidate will work with members from the fund administration team in delivering a wide range of fund administration/fund accounting services.
The successful candidate will need to be able to manage the related workload and ensure that client requests are tended to in a timely manner.

Dans le cadre d’une modernisation de notre plateforme informatique (renouvellement de nos plateformes), nous recherchons des ingénieurs de production familiers avec des technologies autour du file transfer, du scheduling et de l’alerting qui pourront nous accompagner tout au long de cette transformation tout en supportant le parc informatique actuel. Gestion d’un parc applicatif au sein du département IT Operations (unité Technologies et Operations), dans une équipe de 7 collaborateurs opérant depuis Genève.

Au sein de l’unité Technologies & Opérations et plus précisément au sein du département IT Opérations, le service Support Opérations & Messagerie Interbancaire fournit aux unités clientèles et opérationnelles de la Banque Lombard Odier une expertise et un support sur l’ensemble des outils destinés aux équipes de back-office ainsi que les applications concernant réseau de messagerie interbancaire. Cette équipe est présente sur deux sites, une équipe basée à Genève et une équipe basée à Luxembourg.
