The Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition – Trading and Financial Markets is a highly strategic role responsible for leading the Operations and Supply Chain recruiting team in sourcing and recruiting the job family of trading and financial markets talent globally, with a focus on developing and executing complex global strategies. To attract and hire top-tier trading and financial markets professionals ranging across early career roles to senior level positions. This role will be strategic and forward thinking, requiring extensive trading and financial markets related recruiting and talent acquisition strategy experience, including extensive experience in building relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, candidates and across the HR team.
